The current focus is on townhouse & unit developments within 10km of Brisbane. Opportunities also exist in NSW - the western suburbs of Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong. 

Strategies to achieve win-win outcomes:


  1. Finding the highest and best use of a property to maximise the returns for the Home Owner.
  2. Consider the financial circumstances of the Home Owner in minimising any tax impacts such as capital gains.
  3. Reduce the barriers of entry for the First Home Owner by innovative designs producing "smaller better homes" which are cheaper to build and own.
  4. By buying the property at wholesale price, not only are you able to pay off the home sooner, but use the immediate increase in equity to invest in a positive return property.
